Gold Recovery Training | Rhodium Recovery | Palladium Recovery | Platinum Recovery | Silver Recovery | Catalytic Converters

We provide gold recovery training for e-waste and other gold-bearing materials. We also provide online training. We have been in this field since 1980. We also help set up small-scale e-waste recycling plants. Most of the small-scale and part-time e-waste recyclers are not able to recover 100 percent of the of the precious metal from the scrap. Our techniques are very effective, so you can get complete metal recovery through our methods. In view of the tough competition and the rising prices of e-waste, it is important to take precautions while purchasing it. We can suggest ways to make a comparatively higher profit from e-scrap or electronic devices. We also specialise in precious metal recovery from catalytic converters. Metal recovery from catalytic converters is a very profitable business these days. Their availability is also good. We have some non-cyanide and non-acid gold recovery processes as well.

Most Profitable E-waste Item | Gold from IC Chips | Gold Recovery | E-waste Recycling for Gold

What is the most profitable e-waste item? When it comes to recovering gold from e-waste, people mostly talk about processors. The reality is that the recycling of processors is not particularly profitable. Furthermore, bulk quantities of these processors are not readily available. Concentrate on the recycling of integrated circuits if you really want to make money from e-waste, concentrate on recycling integrated circuits. I'm only referring to small-scale recyclers. Big recyclers have big plants, so they are able to recycle everything. In my country, chips are available in bulk quantities. So, I'd like to mention the price of chips according to the Indian scrap market. There are two types of chips: PLCC and PQFP. The price for one kilo of PLCC chips is Rs 3000 (USD 40.54), and the price for one kilo of PQFP chips is Rs 4000 (USD 54). In India, the illegal sector recycles around 70 percent of e-waste. Many individuals in this region trade large quantities of e-scrap, extracting all the components from PCBs, separating them, and then selling them to recyclers. The precious metal yields from the above-mentioned computer motherboard chips per kilo are as follows: PLCC: gold from 700 to 800 milligrammes; PQFP: gold from 1.25 grammes to 1.5 grammes; silver: 2 grammes; palladium: 100 ms. The cell phone and RAM chips have different yields. You can write to us if you want to know more about it. We can even suggest good manual methods and low-cost set-ups.

How to Make more Money from E-waste/Gold Content in E-waste/E-waste Recycling/Electronic Components with High Gold Content

How do you make more money from e-waste? Dear readers, if you want to make more money from e-waste recycling on a small scale, you have to be a little more careful about its purchase these days. There wasn’t much competition in the e-waste recycling business until ten years ago. However, there is a growing awareness among people about e-waste. And so, the precious metal recovery from e-waste is not a hidden thing anymore. This is the rationale behind the involvement of numerous large business groups in this field. One thousand kilos of e-waste is supposed to contain more precious metals than one tonne of gold mine ores. So, in a way, this e-waste awareness has caused tougher competition. This is also due to the fact that electronic component manufacturers use fewer precious metals. The reason is quite obvious: the high prices of precious metals and the tough competition among the manufacturers. So, in the present scenario, the small-scale/part-time e-waste recyclers are worried about how they're going to survive. But the good news is that there is still a way out. And that means you’ve got to be careful with your purchases. First, always purchase old batch material. Second, everybody wants easy money, so they go for gold recovery from only a few components, such as processors, chips, MLCCs, gold-plated connectors, and so on. The small recyclers sometimes ignore components like diodes, LEDs, transistors, etc. These components also contain gold and silver. This is also one of the reasons they don't generate more profit from electronic waste, also known as e-waste. I'd like to share some useful information with you. This information reveals that Russian and German manufacturers of electronic components and devices utilise the highest quantities of precious metals in comparison to other manufacturers. Only a few people know this fact. So, always keep an eye out for e-scraps from these two countries. Be sure to seize the opportunity when it presents itself.

Gold Recovery from Motherboards Computers & Laptops | Recycle Electronic Devices for Gold | Gold Recovery from Chips

Recycling motherboards is a profitable business. We have gold-plated connectors, monolithic ceramic capacitors, tantalum capacitors, copper transistors, aluminium condensers, aluminium heat sinks, normal chips, BGA chips, solder, brass pins, etc. on motherboards. We get gold, silver, palladium, tantalum, brass, copper, iron, solder (an alloy of tin and lead), and nickel from motherboards. First of all, we need to remove all the components from the motherboards. We accomplish this by circulating hot air through a motor-driven, perforated drum. All the components are segregated after their removal from the PCBs. There are two types of chips on motherboards: normal chips and BGA chips. BGA chips (which Intel and AMD make) contain 6.5 to 7 grammes of gold. Normal chips are of two types: PQFP and PLCC packages. PQFP chips contain 1.25 to 1.5 grammes of gold per kilo. PLCC chips contain 700 to 800 milligrammes of gold per kilo. Gold-plated connectors have 25 to 100 milligrammes of gold on them. The depopulation process removes the solder from the PCBs. Different processes, such as cyanidation, electrolysis, cupellation, and chemical leaching, are used to recover gold and other precious metals from the segregated components. How to Recover Gold from Computer Parts-Ram Gold Fingers | Gold Recovery from Computer Parts

When we say computer parts, we mean motherboards, RAMs, hard drives, add-on cards, processors, power supplies, fans, monitors, etc. Today, we will discuss gold recovery from rams' gold fingers. Gold fingers are the gold-plated columns you see along the connecting edges of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Aqua regia can be used to recover gold from gold fingers. Cut off the gold fingers from the PCBs. Prepare Aqua Regia; it is one part nitric acid and three parts hydrochloric acid. Put the golden fingers into the heat-resistant glass beaker and pour aqua regia onto them till they are completely immersed in the solution. The aqua regia will dissolve both copper and gold. The gold is coated with a layer of copper. Give it some time to dissolve all the gold. Separate the solution from the PCB pieces, then filter it. Neutralise the solution with urea. Precipitate gold with sodium metabisulfite (SMB). If you have an inquiry about something, you can write to us using the contact form available on our blog. Warning! Gold Recovery from Sim Cards Cell Phones | Sim Cards Cell Phones Recycling for Gold | Gold Recovery

It is quite easy to recover gold from cell phones' SIM cards. You need to burn them first. But be careful; do it in an open space because burning SIM cards will produce a lot of smoke. You can get rid of that smoke if you burn them in an oven. And make sure that you burn each and every SIM card if you want 100 percent gold recovery out of them. Once the burning process is complete, allow it to cool for approximately 30 minutes. Now prepare the Aqua Regia solution: nitric acid in one part and hydrochloric acid in three parts. Stir the solution with a glass rod. Use only heat-resistant glass beakers for this. Put all your burnt stuff into the beaker first, and then pour AR solution onto it according to the requirement. There will be a strong reaction in the beaker. Because the metals, including gold, will dissolve in the AR solution. Keep away from the beaker for a while because the reaction produces harmful fumes. It's better if you do it under a fumehood. Stir the material in the solution until it completely dissolves all the metals. Leave it for about an hour. Filter the solution and neutralise it with urea. Sodium metabisulfite is used to precipitate the gold. If you have an inquiry about something, you can write to us using the contact form available on our blog. How to Recover Gold from Cell Phone Motherboard Chips | Gold Recovery | Recycling E-waste

I have seen videos of people removing components from cell phones' motherboards and other types of electronic circuit boards with the help of a chisel and hammer. That's so much time-consuming, and you can't process bulk quantity through this method. if you are serious about this business and want to progress fast, you must first understand its nature. Until some years ago the profit margin was high, but now it is only up to 15% on a small scale. Because so many people are attracted to this line on account of gold and other precious metals recovery. And so, the competition is increasing day by day. So, your profit depends on careful purchasing of the raw material and its processing cost. As for removing the components from the circuit boards, you may use a solder-stripper. These days we can easily get a solder stripper in the market that doesn't attack other metals such as copper and nickel etc. It is available at an affordable price. You can prepare the solder-stripper yourself also. So, for gold recovery, you first need to remove the components with a solder stripper. These circuit boards contain precious metals such as gold, silver, and palladium, etc.., but in this article, we will discuss gold extraction only. For this, first of all, we need to burn the chips in an environmentally friendly way. The chips are ground into a fine powder after burning. And in the third step, metal is separated from the ash using a sieve. There are many ways to recover gold from the separated metals, but I would like to mention only two processes here. In the first method gold is leached with chemicals and then refined. Another method is to melt the metals into an ingot and recover gold through electrolysis. The second part of this article will deal with the recovery of metals such as silver and palladium. You can write to us through the contact form available on our blog If you want to learn the gold extraction process in detail. Warning! The reproduction of all or part of this article in any form is strictly prohibited. This is Part-1, and Part-2 of this article is coming soon.

The Best Method for Gold Recovery from CPUs
Gold recovery from CPUs is a very hot topic. Everybody seems to be interested in extracting gold from processors. You can find so many videos about it on YouTube. And almost every video deals only with the Aqua Regia Gold Recovery Method. There are other methods that are also more effective than the aqua regia gold recovery process. They are less time-consuming and give you a complete gold recovery. We have a non-cyanide and non-acid gold extraction process as well. It will take a lot of time to mention those methods here. So, if you are interested in methods other than aqua regia, please write to us through our contact form available on our blog. We will help you out.
