We have been providing training since 1980 for gold, silver, palladium, platinum, and other precious metals recovery from CPUs, motherboards, RAMs, hard drives, x-ray films, cell phones, and all other kinds of e-waste. We have quick gold recovery methods as well. We also provide consulting for setting up e-waste plants as well as help in setting up small-scale copper recovery plants with low investment. We also provide a daily e-waste price list.

Gold Recovery from Sim Cards Cell Phones | Sim Cards Cell Phones Recycling for Gold | Gold Recovery
It is quite easy to recover gold from cell phones' SIM cards. You need to burn them first. But be careful; do it in an open space because burning SIM cards will produce a lot of smoke. You can get rid of that smoke if you burn them in an oven. And make sure that you burn each and every SIM card if you want 100 percent gold recovery out of them. Once the burning process is complete, allow it to cool for approximately 30 minutes. Now prepare the Aqua Regia solution: nitric acid in one part and hydrochloric acid in three parts. Stir the solution with a glass rod. Use only heat-resistant glass beakers for this. Put all your burnt stuff into the beaker first, and then pour AR solution onto it according to the requirement. There will be a strong reaction in the beaker. Because the metals, including gold, will dissolve in the AR solution. Keep away from the beaker for a while because the reaction produces harmful fumes. It's better if you do it under a fumehood. Stir the material in the solution until it completely dissolves all the metals. Leave it for about an hour. Filter the solution and neutralise it with urea. Sodium metabisulfite is used to precipitate the gold. If you have an inquiry about something, you can write to us using the contact form available on our blog.
